One group is a tobacco smoker and another is smoking cessation group. After 14 years of study, it was found that 631 of 5880 clients had died of other reasons:The patients had died from lungs cancer were in 33 %, The patients died with cardiovascular disease were in 22 %, the patients died with respiratory disease were 7.8 % and unknown causes of death are about 2.3 %. It is found that low ratio of Smoking Cessation Lung Cancer .It is difficult to achieve smoking cessation goal. However, smoking cessation does decrease the risk of lung cancer.How can we stop smoking?It is really very difficult for the smokers to quite smoking. However, it is not impossible. Here some of the tips to quite the smoking:• First you have to make your mind. You need a lot of motivation. It is like fighting against you.• Think positively about quitting smoking. Don't thinks that it is impossible. Always think that you can fight against your will.• Don't buy cigarettes by yourself. Think it is wastage of money.• Start exercise and change your diet plan.• Drink lots of juices and soft drinks.• Reduce intake of cigarettes in a day. Like if you are taking a pack of cigarette in a day, and then reduce it by 3-4 in a day.
